What we do

Everything your lot needs, spring through fall.

Book one job or the whole season. Every visit ends with a tidy lot and a text so you know it's done.

$400 typical lot

Spring cleanup

We rake out the winter: leaves, needles, twigs and thatch off the lawn, the fire pit and beds tidied, and all of it hauled away. Your site is ready before you pull in for May Long.

Weekly or every 2 weeks

Mowing

Cut, trim and blow off the pad, deck and walkways. Same day every time, so you always know when we've been.

Add-on or on its own

Trimming & edging

String trimming around the fence, fire pit, trees, trailer and shoreline, so the edges look as sharp as the lawn.

New for 2027

Landscaping

Garden beds, rock and mulch, small sod repairs and tidy borders. Tell us what you're picturing and we'll quote it.

The Season Plan

One text in April covers your whole season.

Spring cleanup and mowing all summer, booked once and priced once for your lot. You don't have to remember to call us, and you never pull in on a Friday night to a lawn that's gotten away on you.

Made for weekenders

You don't have to be there.

Most campers and cabin owners only get out on weekends, so we set everything up to work without you.

  • We work while you're away

Send us your site or lot number and anything we need to know, like a gate code or where the hose is. That's it.

  • Photos when we're done

We text you a before and after from your lot, so you can see it's done from wherever you are.

  • The same local guys

You'll know who's on your lot. We're from Swift Current and our family has a cabin at Beaver Flat.

  • Pay when it's done

E-transfer or cash after the job. No contracts, cancel any time.

Where we work

Lake Diefenbaker and Swift Current.

Saskatchewan Landing Seasonal campsites
Seasonal sites and cabins in the provincial park, 50 km north of Swift Current on Highway 4. Sites sit all winter, so spring cleanup is our busiest job here.
Beaver Flat Cabins
Cabins in the resort village on the south shore of Lake Diefenbaker, about 23 km east of the Landing.
Swift Current Homes & yards
Homes and yards in the city.

Somewhere in between? Text us. If it's on our way, we'll probably take it.

Who we are

Local guys, growing every season.

Landing Lawn Company is run by a crew of Swift Current guys, all around nineteen, including the owner. We're out at the lake ourselves every summer: a seasonal site in the Cactus Bloom loop at the Landing, a cabin at Beaver Flat, and a house back in Swift Current, so we know exactly what these lots need.

We started with a dozen lots at the Landing and kept mowing for most of those same campers all summer. We're hiring more crew this year so we can take on more lots, both at the Landing and at Beaver Flat, but spots are limited, especially for spring cleanup before May Long.

Questions

Good to know.

Do I need to be there?

No. Most of our customers aren't. Send us your site or lot number and anything we should know, like a gate code, a dog, or where to leave the clippings, and we'll text you photos when we're done.

How much does it cost?

A spring cleanup on a typical lot is $400. Mowing is priced per lot, depending on size and how often you want it cut. Send us your lot and we'll give you an exact price.

When do spring cleanups start?

As soon as the snow's gone and the ground dries out, usually late April. We book lots in the order they come in, and we aim to have every lot on our list done before May Long.

What happens to the leaves and clippings?

Cleanup debris gets hauled away. For mowing, we mulch the clippings back into the lawn unless you'd rather we bag them.

Can I book just one job?

Yes. One-time cleanups and cuts are fine. The Season Plan is just the easiest way to cover the whole season.

How do I pay?

E-transfer or cash when the job's done. No contracts.

Get on the spring list.

Every spring cleanup happens in the few weeks before May Long, and we only take as many lots as we can do properly. Grab your spot early.
